Are you up for a feel-good series and you lack a little inspiration then I can strongly recommend this Korean series on Netflix. You might think Korean. Hm! But the Koreans have a knack at producing remarkable series. If you have an open mind and are prepared for a foreign cultural experience then a warm, exciting, corny, strange and romantic experience awaits you. An experience that will be totally unlike what you are used to from American series.
The story is in short about a spoiled, rich and beautiful South Korean businesswoman. She paraglides in her spare time and one day when she is up paragliding, she is caught in a storm and accidently crash lands in North Korea. She is soon found by a North Korean military border patrol and taken to the nearest village. The military patrol is led by a very reserved young captain and the encounter between the rich and spoiled South Korean woman and the unapproachable North Korean captain creates funny, heart warm, exciting and romantic incidents.
Crashlanding on You became the third highest rated series in South Korea ever. Have a good and safe landing!
