I have through many years – actually since the seventies – had a keen interest in country and western and I have many albums by c&w groups and artists. I have to admit though that I care most for the so-called cowboy hat artists e.g., Brooks and Dunn compared to the newer baseball cap artists. No matter what though, I think that c&w deserves a much broader public acceptance than it has today. In all modesty, I’ll do my best to see that happen.
