Midland is an American country group, which was formed back in 2016 in Los Angeles. The group has released several albums which have spawned a number of singles that have landed high on Billboard’s hitlists. The style of the group is characterized as neotraditional country e.g., traditional country that we can remember from the 70s and 80s but with sizzling harmonies that remind you of the Eagles. The group has so far been nominated for two Grammys and I am sure there are more to come.
What I particularly like about Midland is their ability to write catchy melodies and I predict a bright future for the group. If you like great country music Midland is a really good bid. I am a huge fan of the group and my wife, and I had the pleasure to see them live at a concert in Hamburg, Germany in May 2022. What a terrific show they put on.
